Our Referral and Staffing Services

Nannies and Housekeepers

A responsible individual who cares for the most precious people in our home. They can also be responsible to care for your home. The main role of a nanny/housekeeper is to provide a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children thrive and develop. General responsibilities could include undertaking most tasks related to the families needs. Each nanny/housekeeping position may have slightly different responsibilities, depending on the family requirements.

House Managers

This is a person who is able to take on the challenge of operating all aspects of a home. This individual will assist in maintaining order in the home and adjust their day according to any possible interruptions and issues. A household manager oversees the general operation of the home. Household managers generally have the responsibilities of planning, organizing and coordinating events, managing household calendars and schedules, arranging appointments, projects, paying household bills and completing any other requested administrative tasks.

Baby Nurses

Our certified baby nurses maintain a comfortable, safe and clean environment for mother and infant. They will assist the mother with their hygienic needs related to their newborn baby. The baby nurses role is to care for both mother and baby. Some of the responsibilities includes C-section incision (if applicable), assesses mother’s pain, if any. Performs emotional status checks on mother, implementing a sleep schedule, prepares and sterilizes bottles, feeds the newborns, recognizing symptoms such as those related to postpartum depression. Monitors bonding between mother and infant, provides mother with breast-feeding tips. Educates mother on sore nipple management. Teaches mother bathing tips for infant, instructs mother on diaper changing, keeps track of all feeds and diapers, bathes infant, involves and educates family/significant others in implementing best practices for mother and infant care.

Companions

Our applicants has certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). They provide elderly individuals with companionship and help with daily tasks. Each companion will spend time participating in activities such as puzzles, games, outings to parks, and other activities depending on the client’s needs and preferences.

Companions also help with the everyday care for the client. These include but are not limited to preparation of food, daily medication and snacks, administering heat pads, all adaptive daily living skills, driving the client to and from appointments based on the individual family needs, reading books, and providing nurturing, loving and friendly care always.
